Millie’s vocabulary {14 months}

At 14 months, Camilla has a few cute munchkin sounding words. In order of appearance:

Mama (4 months) 

Uh-oh (6 months)

Dada (8 months)

Thank you (12 months)

Gentle (this is uttered about 200 times a day to each child)

Down (the directive she gives after doing the sign for finished which looks like two hands wiping the tray clean)

The other main forms of communication she has are words like “googa” which is the replacement for someone’s name, like  “dak-yoo goo ga” for “thank you Olivia”

Silly sister speak

Translation: Get us out of the car and inside so we can throw pasta around the house, rub olive oil into the seats, and sprinkle Parmesan onto the floor — I mean have dinner.

In a Dora book we read it says to get the next story say “la segunda historia”. Olivia loves speaking Español, almost as much as Millie want to be able to say hello and talk with us!

4.27am, yippee!!! Millie is sleeping through the night till 4-5!!! Finally dropped the 2am feed. Now I just have to train myself to go back to sleep. On my way to feeling human again fingers crossed 👍
